This course is aimed at Historic Environment professionals who wish to understand more about the public inquiry process and producing a proof of evidence. The first session of the day will provide an overview of the public inquiry process, from when an appeal is first made through to giving evidence. The second session will cover the documents expert witnesses are expected to complete or contribute to. |
