Royal Palace Reborn is an exciting project to redevelop Norwich Castle Keep, one of Medieval Europe’s most important buildings. Norwich Castle is a grade 1 listed building and scheduled ancient monument on top of a man-made mound in the middle of a busy city centre. Therefore, a complex construction project was required. At the heart of this undertaking, the Norwich Castle Project Team have bridged the needs of the project, the wider Castle Museum site and even an international pandemic. This extraordinary journey has been filled with victories and challenges alike, which will be explored in this introductory talk. |
