ACCREDITATION

The Register of Architects Accredited in Building Conservation (AABC Register) provides a register of architects with proven expertise in the conservation, repair and sensitive adaptation of historic buildings.

Architects are admitted to the Register following rigorous assessment of their knowledge and experience in conservation work by their peers, with input from a knowledgeable non-architect to represent the client perspective.

The Register helps clients identify suitably qualified architects and promotes high standards in the conservation of the historic built environment.
