The journal of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation

Context

The Institute of Historic Building Conservation plays a key role in furthering the cause of conservation throughout the British Isles. This is a particularly vital role at a time when the Government is undertaking major policy reviews, and the IHBC has been working from the outset to try to raise government awareness of the historic environment and the issues affecting it.

Context is the regular journal for members of the IHBC and is published four times a year. It contains the latest news on the Institute, its members, and their work across the country.

Articles from previous editions of the journal can be found in the archive on the IHBC website.

Single issues of Context are available for £10.00 (including delivery) from Lydia Porter, IHBC Business Office, Jubilee House, High Street, Tisbury, Wiltshire SP3 6HA, Tel 01747 873133, E-mail admin@ihbc.org.uk.

Non IHBC members may also subscribe: £50.00 in the UK or £75.00 elsewhere. Please make cheques payable to 'IHBC'.

A digital 'flipping book' version of Context can be read online here.
