Historic Buildings & Places:
Heritage Now

A digital 'flipping book' version of the first edition of Heritage Now can be read online here.

Established in 1924, The Ancient Monuments Society changed its name in 2021 to Historic Buildings & Places following the adoption of a new Mission, Vision and Values which better reflects the work of the society which is concerned with sustaining, defending and promoting historic buildings and places of all types and ages, for the benefit of all.

Alongside the name change to Historic Buildings & Places came a new logo and digital presence, including a refresh of the society’s social media channels, a brand-new website, as well as a relaunch of the member’s magazine, aptly called HERITAGE NOW.

HERITAGE NOW is the society’s new flagship communications tool. Edited by Paul Holden, this exciting new publication provides news updates and key information from Historic Buildings & Places and the wider sector, casework, feature articles written by guest contributors and regular columns of interest to lay and professional members.

Published three times a year, 2,500 copies of HERITAGE NOW are distributed to Historic Buildings & Places members who are significant custodians of the UK’s historic built environment.

Please contact Cathedral Communications for information on advertising in HERITAGE NOW or click here for more information.
